Funders
So many funders, groups, and individual donors ensure that Rossbrook House's doors remain open for United Way Logothose seeking a safe place. Over the years, thousands of children and young people have been empowered to make positive choices in their lives, because Rossbrook House was there to listen, to advocate, and to stand in solidarity with them. Strong community support has provided financial stability and encouraged us to keep going in good times and bad. We give special thanks to our three major, long-term funders for their fidelity and commitment:

  • The Province of Manitoba
  • The City of Winnipeg
  • The United Way of Winnipeg

These funders have believed in, and proven their commitment to, the children and youth of Rossbrook House, and their support has touched and changed many lives.

Donors
The generosity of private donors to Rossbrook House is constantly overwhelming. Your financial support allows us flexibility in responding to urgent needs that cannot always be predicted. Donations also come into Rossbrook in many forms: clothing, food, and tickets to games, concerts, and other events. Donations have included tickets to the Bombers, Moose, Goldeyes, Cyclones, Pan Am Games, the ballet, opera, theatre, and movies. Such tickets give the youth something special to look forward to.

Volunteers
Rossbrook House has a wealth of wonderful people who freely give of their time, patience, and energy. They are people who embrace life and enjoy helping others in any way that they can. They help out at Rossbrook by playing with the kids, reading to them, babysitting for the Young Moms, cooking, cleaning, and just hanging out with the children in front of the tv or the video games set. Their compassion for the youth at Rossbrook is a never-ending river of life. Their kindness, consideration, time, and efforts are greatly appreciated!

Board of Directors
For as long as Rossbrook House has been in existence, it has been guided and supported by an incredible group of people that make up our Board of Directors. Its members constantly bring to Rossbrook House the skills and experience of their diverse professional commitments, their keen minds and enormous hearts, and a deep respect for the staff and youth. They give of themselves and their time without ever counting the cost. Their unfailing hope and good humour have carried Rossbrook at times when its future seemed precarious. Thank you for your goodness, your patience, and your belief in Rossbrook House!
